COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business (Management) at the University of Wollongong is a 144-credit point undergraduate degree completed over three years of full-time study. In the first year, students complete core business foundation subjects that introduce essential areas such as accounting principles, economics, marketing, management, business law, and responsible business practices. These subjects provide a strong base for understanding how organisations operate and how managers make decisions in real business environments. In the second and third years, students specialise in the Management major, where they study topics such as organisational behaviour, strategic management, leadership, operations, human resource management concepts, sustainability in business, and managing organisational change.
