COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business Analytics at the University of Wollongong requires the successful completion of 144 credit points in total, structured to build both foundational business knowledge and specialised analytical skills. The program includes 78 credit points of core subjects, which form the main academic foundation of the degree. These core subjects focus on essential areas such as business analytics, data interpretation, statistical methods, information systems, and business decision-making, helping students develop strong technical and analytical capabilities. In addition to the core subjects, students must complete 12 credit points of Business elective subjects selected from a specified list, allowing them to explore related business areas and broaden their understanding of how analytics applies in different contexts. A further 48 credit points are allocated to general elective subjects, which may also include the option of completing a minor study, giving students flexibility to tailor their degree according to their interests and career goals.
