COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences (Research) at UTS is designed for students who have completed a relevant degree in science and wish to pursue advanced research in pharmaceutical sciences. This program provides a highly individualized research experience, allowing students to work closely with their supervisors and the Faculty of Health to design a research program that aligns with their specific interests and career goals. Students gain expertise in a chosen area of pharmaceutical science, which may include drug development, formulation, pharmacology, regulatory science, clinical therapeutics, or other related fields.Under expert mentorship, students engage in a multi-year research project, developing critical skills in research design, data analysis, and the application of scientific knowledge to solve real-world problems. Throughout the program, students regularly present their findings to a panel of experts for feedback and assessment, culminating in a final research thesis or practice-led research project such as a policy proposal or whitepaper.
