COURSE CURRICULUM

The program requires students to complete a total of 96 credit points, which is structured across 15 subjects designed to build both foundational knowledge and applied professional skills in management. The curriculum is primarily composed of twelve core subjects, accounting for 72 credit points, which provide a comprehensive grounding in essential business and management disciplines. These core subjects develop key competencies in areas such as leadership, strategy, organisational behaviour, finance, marketing, operations, and decision-making, ensuring that students gain a strong and well-rounded understanding of how modern organisations function. In addition to the core subjects, students complete two elective subjects worth 12 credit points, allowing them to tailor their studies according to their individual interests and career goals. These electives provide opportunities to explore specialised topics and deepen knowledge in selected areas of management practice. The final component of the program is a 12-credit-point capstone subject, which can be completed either as an Industry Research Project or an Internship Experience. This capstone is designed to integrate theoretical learning with practical application, enabling students to apply their knowledge to real-world business challenges. Through this structured combination of core learning, electives, and experiential capstone work, the program ensures that graduates are equipped with advanced analytical, strategic, and practical skills needed to succeed in diverse professional environments and leadership roles.
