COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of International Commercial and Business Law combined with the Master of Business Administration is a structured 96-credit-point program designed to integrate advanced business knowledge with specialised legal expertise. The course is carefully balanced to ensure students develop competencies in both disciplines, preparing them for complex roles in global business environments. It consists of 36 credit points of compulsory core business subjects, which include six subjects that build foundational knowledge in key areas such as management, strategy, finance, and organisational leadership. In addition, students complete 12 credit points of business option subjects, allowing them to further tailor their learning within the business discipline. The program also includes 6 credit points of compulsory core law subject, providing essential grounding in commercial and business law principles. A significant component of the degree is the 42 credit points of law elective subjects, consisting of seven subjects selected from a designated law stream, enabling students to specialise in areas aligned with their academic interests and career goals. This flexible structure allows students to gain depth in both business and law, while also personalising their studies. The program is equally divided between the Master of Business Administration (48 credit points) and the Master of International Commercial and Business Law (48 credit points), ensuring a balanced interdisciplinary education.
