COURSE CURRICULUM
The Bachelor of Information Technology (Games and Interactive Systems) is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills and professional mindset required to succeed in computer games development and broader IT environments. Specialist game development subjects further strengthen your expertise, covering areas such as Fundamentals of Interaction Design, Game Design Methodologies, Introduction to Computer Game Development, Computer Graphics, Advanced Games Programming, Game Design Studio 1 and 2, Data Structures and Algorithms, Programming 2, Interactive 3D Animation and Serious Games and Gamification Studio. Together, these subjects ensure you graduate with the technical depth, creative capability and professional readiness needed for careers in games development, software design, interactive media and a wide range of IT roles.
