COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum spans four years. Year 1 introduces foundational concepts in psychology, biology, and statistics. Year 2 builds on this with intermediate topics like perception, learning, and personality. Year 3 delves into advanced areas such as cognitive neuroscience, health psychology, and psychopathology, including research projects. Year 4 is an honours year involving a major research thesis and specialized electives. Students complete 192 credit points, including core psychology units, electives, and interdisciplinary studies. Practical components include laboratory work, group projects, and potential internships. The program integrates ethical considerations and cultural perspectives, ensuring a well-rounded education.
