COURSE CURRICULUM

To graduate from the Master of Business at the University of Southern Queensland (UniSQ), students must successfully complete 16 units of study. These include Harnessing Human Capabilities for the Future of Work, which focuses on developing people and leadership skills, Strategy, Innovation and Business Research, which explores strategic planning and innovative thinking, Data and Decision Making, which enhances analytical and quantitative abilities, and The Ready Business Professional, a capstone course that integrates key business concepts for professional readiness.Following the core component, students complete four foundation courses that strengthen their knowledge across fundamental areas of business. These units are designed to help students who may not have a business background to build essential skills in management, finance, marketing, and operations, providing a comprehensive understanding of business functions.The final component of the degree consists of eight specialisation courses. Students can choose from a wide range of specialisations, such as Human Resource Management, Finance, Digital Marketing, Managing Cyber Risk, or Organisational Project Management.
