COURSE CURRICULUM

The program consists of 24 units, typically completed over 3 years full-time. It includes core courses in international studies, such as Global Cultures and Societies, International Relations Theory, and World History. Students choose a major from International History, International Relations, or Languages (options include Chinese, French, German, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, or Spanish). The curriculum features foundational courses in the first year, advanced major-specific courses in years two and three, and electives. A capstone project or thesis is required in the final year. Language majors involve progressive proficiency levels, cultural studies, and optional translation streams. The program encourages international exchange, with credit transfer available. Assessment includes essays, exams, presentations, and group projects.
