COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum spans four years and includes foundational courses in human anatomy, physiology, and biochemistry. Year 1 covers introductory exercise science, motor control, and psychology. Year 2 delves into biomechanics, exercise physiology, and nutrition. Year 3 focuses on advanced topics like clinical exercise physiology, sport psychology, and research methods. Year 4 involves an honours thesis, electives, and specialized courses in areas such as strength and conditioning or sports injury prevention. Students complete practical placements and laboratory work to apply theoretical knowledge. The program requires 64 units, including core courses, electives, and research components.
