COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Management is a comprehensive postgraduate program designed to develop advanced leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational management capabilities. The curriculum includes 168 units of specialised courses that cover essential areas such as strategic management accounting, economics for managers, finance and accounting for managers, organisational behaviour, leadership, governance and ethics, and evidence-based decision making. Students also gain expertise in innovation management, entrepreneurship and business model innovation, and managing across global cultures, enabling them to understand both domestic and international business environments. The program integrates modern business transformation concepts through technology and artificial intelligence, along with innovation by design, ensuring graduates are prepared for digitally evolving industries. A capstone project allows students to apply their learning to real-world business challenges, demonstrating their analytical and strategic capabilities. In addition, students must complete 24 units from a specified list, choosing advanced subjects such as international business law and ethics, international trade and finance, digital branding, financial analytics, or applied business analytics, depending on their career interests. The program emphasises project management principles and professional development to strengthen practical leadership skills.
