COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Administration (Extended) curriculum is structured to provide comprehensive managerial knowledge, strategic leadership capability, and specialised professional expertise across key business disciplines. The program includes 132 units of specialised core courses covering areas such as business transformation through technology and artificial intelligence, strategic management accounting, finance and accounting for managers, global marketing, economics for managers, organisational leadership, governance and ethics, innovation by design, and evidence-based decision making. Students also complete a Business Capstone Project that integrates theoretical learning with practical business application. In addition to the core curriculum, students must complete 12 units from selected courses including Innovation Management and Professional Development or Project Management Principles, allowing further development of professional and operational management skills. The program also includes a 48-unit specialisation component where students select four courses from areas such as Advanced Business Studies, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Cyber Security, Evidence-Based Marketing, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Information and Communications Technology, International Business, or Strategic Leadership and Innovation. Elective options may also be available where overlap exists between specialisations and required courses. This flexible and industry-focused structure enables students to tailor their studies according to career goals while developing advanced analytical, strategic, and leadership competencies for modern business environments.
