COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business (Business Administration) at UniSC is a structured degree designed to build strong knowledge and practical skills in business operations and management. The program begins with introductory courses covering key business areas such as accounting principles, business research, economics, management, marketing, and information systems in organisations. These subjects provide a strong foundation in how businesses function and make decisions. In the developing and graduate stages, students study business law, career preparation through “World of Work,” and broader topics such as business governance and society, helping them understand ethical, legal, and social aspects of business. A key feature of the program is the work-integrated learning component, where students complete either a project or an industry placement, giving them real-world experience in a professional setting. The degree also includes eight specialised courses from the Business Administration major, focusing on advanced administrative, operational, and management skills. In addition, students can choose a range of elective courses to further tailor their studies based on their interests and career goals. Overall, this program prepares graduates for careers in business management, administration, operations, entrepreneurship, and corporate environments by combining academic learning with practical industry experience and professional skill development.
