COURSE CURRICULUM

Upon completion of the Master of Cyber Security program, graduates will be able to critically analyse and evaluate the cyber security needs of an organisation and develop appropriate security architectures to protect digital assets. They will have the skills to measure the performance of information and communication technology security systems, identify vulnerabilities, and troubleshoot issues effectively. Graduates will also understand the impact of human factors on security breaches and be able to design strategies to mitigate associated risks. They will be capable of creating both operational and strategic cyber security policies and frameworks that align with organisational objectives and industry standards. Additionally, graduates will be proficient in using cyber security, information assurance, and computer forensics tools and software, enabling them to respond to threats, investigate incidents, and maintain the integrity of digital systems. This combination of technical expertise, analytical skills, and strategic thinking ensures that graduates are prepared to address contemporary cyber security challenges in a range of professional settings.
