COURSE CURRICULUM

Upon completion of the Master of Construction Management (Professional) program, graduates will be able to integrate and evaluate core principles and technical knowledge across building and construction technology, management, economics, and law, applying these concepts effectively in professional contexts. They will develop the ability to identify and resolve typical construction challenges independently, using evidence-based problem-solving and decision-making methods. Graduates will also engage in critical and creative reflection on their own behaviours and capabilities, preparing them for entry into professional practice with self-awareness and adaptability. They will be skilled in interpreting, communicating, and negotiating construction information, instructions, and ideas with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective collaboration on projects. In addition, graduates will have the capacity to research, develop, and implement methods and strategies for the procurement and delivery of modern construction work, demonstrating innovation and efficiency. Finally, they will show an integrated understanding of both theoretical concepts and practical applications in construction, allowing them to manage projects effectively and make informed decisions based on experience and knowledge.
