COURSE CURRICULUM

The Leadership and Management course list is designed to develop students’ ability to lead teams, manage organisations, navigate change, and make effective strategic decisions in complex business environments. These courses provide a strong foundation in leadership theories, organisational behaviour, digital transformation, innovation, and contemporary management practices. MNGT2005 Leadership Models and Practices introduces students to different leadership approaches and their application in professional settings, while MNGT2006 Management in Environmental Turbulence focuses on managing organisations during periods of uncertainty, disruption, and rapid change. MNGT2008 Digital Business Applications explores the role of technology in improving business operations and decision-making, and MNGT2009 Organisational Behaviour examines workplace culture, employee motivation, teamwork, and organisational effectiveness. At the advanced level, MNGT3011 Leading Organisational Change develops skills required to plan and implement successful organisational transformations. MNGT3012 Business Strategy focuses on strategic planning, competitive advantage, and long-term organisational performance. MNGT3013 Innovation Management explores methods for developing and managing innovation within organisations, while MNGT3014 Managing Inclusion, Diversity and Equity in Organisations highlights the importance of creating inclusive workplaces and effective diversity strategies.
