COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum spans 96 Units of Credit (UOC) over two years. Year 1 includes foundational courses such as Psychological Assessment, Adult and Child Clinical Psychology, Research Methods, and Ethics in Psychology. Students also begin introductory clinical placements. Year 2 advances to specialized topics like Neuropsychology, Health Psychology, Advanced Intervention Strategies, and a major research thesis. Clinical placements intensify, totaling 1000 hours across the program, covering areas like child and adolescent mental health, adult psychopathology, and community interventions. The program incorporates seminars on professional issues, cultural diversity, and evidence-based therapies such as CBT and ACT. Assessment involves exams, case studies, reflective portfolios, and the thesis defense.
