COURSE CURRICULUM

The course structure requires candidates to complete a total of 96 credit points in order to qualify for the award, with at least 36 credit points taken at the 500 level to ensure advanced academic engagement. Candidates admitted under Rule (a) must follow Rule A, which consists of 96 credit points made up of core units and an approved minor. Those admitted under Rule (b) follow Rule B, which includes recognition of prior learning through advanced standing and completion of additional core units to meet the required 96 credit points. Candidates entering under Rule (c) complete Rule C, a structure that combines advanced standing with required core units and selected listed units that allow students to tailor their learning according to specific interests or career goals. Rule (d) applies to students whose previous qualifications align with the course requirements but do not warrant advanced standing; they are required to complete Rule D, which consists entirely of core units totaling 96 credit points. Finally, candidates admitted under Rule (e) follow Rule E, which includes a combination of advanced standing and core units to fulfil the program’s overall credit requirements.
