COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum is primarily research-based, with no formal coursework components. Students are required to complete a thesis of 30,000 to 40,000 words on an approved topic in education. The program includes research training in areas such as research design, ethics, data analysis, and academic writing. Progress is monitored through regular supervisory meetings, progress reports, and a confirmation process in the first year. Optional workshops and seminars on specialized topics in education research are available. The focus is on developing a substantial, original contribution to knowledge in fields like curriculum studies, policy, pedagogy, or equity in education.
