COURSE CURRICULUM

The curriculum includes core courses in organisational psychology, human factors, research methods, and ethics. Year 1 covers foundational topics like psychological assessment, intervention strategies, and organisational behaviour. Students undertake coursework in areas such as selection and recruitment, training and development, and work stress. Year 2 involves advanced topics, a research thesis, and two professional placements totaling 1000 hours. Electives may include leadership development or ergonomics. The program emphasizes evidence-based practice and includes seminars on current issues in organisational psychology.
