COURSE CURRICULUM

Progress reviews are structured assessments designed to monitor academic progress and provide feedback to research candidates at key stages of their candidature. The preconfirmation review occurs approximately three months after enrolment and involves completing initial thesis-related tasks and attending research training workshops. The confirmation of candidature review takes place between nine and twelve months, evaluating the feasibility and progress of the research project and ensuring readiness for independent study.The mid-candidature review, scheduled between twelve and twenty-four months, assesses ongoing research development, methodology, and overall progress. The draft thesis review occurs between thirty-three and thirty-six months, with a follow-up approximately three months prior to thesis submission to ensure candidates are on track for completion. At each stage, candidates are expected to complete thesis-related tasks and engage in research training workshops, receiving feedback to address challenges and maintain steady progress toward successful completion of their program.
