In the second semester, they further develop critical business skills through units like Business for Sustainability, Social Change and Impact, Creative Mindset and Entrepreneurship, Financial Statistics, and Marketing and the Consumer Experience. Elective options provide additional flexibility to pursue areas of personal and professional interest.As students progress, major units deepen their expertise in organisational and strategic management. Semester 1 of the following year includes Organisational Behaviour and Business, Society and Sustainability, while Semester 2 covers Ethics of Innovation and Digital Management and the Future of Work, equipping students with insights into leadership, ethical decision-making, and digital transformation. In the final year, students refine their strategic and leadership skills with units such as Strategic Planning, Leadership Practice and Skills, Project Management Essentials, and the Business Consulting Project, alongside elective choices to broaden their perspectives.A defining feature of this professional degree is the inclusion of a full-time, 12-month professional placement, giving students hands-on experience in real business settings. This practical component allows students to integrate classroom knowledge with workplace skills, ensuring they graduate career-ready with a competitive edge. Alternative options also allow for a shorter, six-month placement, accommodating different pathways.
