These subjects build a strong understanding of how businesses operate in a global context. The second semester strengthens this foundation with topics like Business for Sustainability, Financial Statistics, Marketing and the Consumer Experience, and Creative Mindset and Entrepreneurship — providing students with both analytical and creative problem-solving skills.The second year introduces entrepreneurship-specific studies, where students explore how to identify, evaluate, and develop new business ideas through units like Ideas, Opportunities and Ventures, and Technology Commercialisation. Students then apply these concepts in Lean Startup Fundamentals and New Venture Funding, learning to pitch ideas and secure investment for startups. Alongside these core subjects, students can choose electives that align with their career aspirations, allowing for a flexible and personalised study experience.A key feature of the program is the professional placement component, where students undertake either a six-month or twelve-month placement in a real business environment. This practical experience bridges academic learning with workplace realities, helping students build valuable networks and enhance employability.In the final year, students participate in advanced entrepreneurship units, including Entrepreneurial Sandpit, Entrepreneurship Launchpad, and Startup Ecosystems in Action.
