In the first year, students focus on foundational knowledge with units such as Applied Artificial Intelligence, A Culture of Enquiry, A Culture of Dialogue, Introduction to Business Law, Financial Literacy for Business, Business Practice and Impact, Economics for Decision Making, and Introduction to Business Analytics. These units develop critical thinking, analytical abilities, and a strong grounding in legal, financial, and technological aspects of business.In the second year, students advance into specialised areas including Consumer Behaviour, Marketing and Sales, Digital Marketing Strategies, International Business, Service Design Thinking, Organisational Stakeholder Management, Finance for Business, and Professional Development for the Workplace. These courses build expertise in marketing, management, and global business practices, while enhancing students’ professional skills and readiness for real-world challenges.The third year focuses on strategic and innovative aspects of business. Units such as Competitive Strategy, Innovation Ecosystems, Strategic Marketing, Sustainable Business Management, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Understanding the Business Environment develop students’ ability to analyse, plan, and implement effective business strategies. The program also includes a substantial Professional Work Experience component, providing practical exposure and opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge in workplace settings.Overall, the Business program integrates academic knowledge, practical skills, and professional experience, equipping students with the expertise and confidence required to succeed in diverse business roles.
