COURSE CURRICULUM

Bachelor of Laws / Bachelor of Commerce program, students must complete a total of 480 credit points, typically equivalent to 40 courses of 12 credit points each, structured across core legal study, specialised commerce learning, and advanced applied practice. The program includes 26 core courses (312 credit points) that build a strong foundation in legal principles, commercial law, business concepts, and critical thinking skills essential for professional practice. In addition, students complete one capstone course (12 credit points), which integrates and applies knowledge gained throughout the degree in a practical, real-world context. A compulsory major of 96 credit points forms the specialised commerce component of the program, allowing students to develop deeper expertise in a chosen business discipline such as finance, economics, marketing, or management. Students are also required to complete five law option courses (60 credit points), which provide opportunities for advanced legal study and specialisation in selected areas of law. This structured combination ensures that graduates develop both broad interdisciplinary knowledge and focused professional skills in law and commerce.
