COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Human Resources Management curriculum at Murdoch University consists of 48 credit points, combining core HR knowledge with flexible elective options to develop advanced professional capabilities. The course includes 24 credit points of required units that cover essential areas of human resource practice, including Human Resource Management Law, managing and developing employees, organisational behaviour and management, HR management perspectives, organisational change and consultancy, data analytics and reporting, remuneration and motivation strategies, and human resource acquisition.
