COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Management and Master of Regulation and Compliance double degree requires completion of 96 credit points, divided equally between two core components: a 48-credit-point Master of Management component and a 48-credit-point Master of Regulation and Compliance component. The Master of Management component develops advanced knowledge and skills in leadership, strategic management, organisational behaviour, innovation, and responsible business practices. It prepares students to lead teams, manage organisational change, and make informed decisions in complex and dynamic business environments. A strong emphasis is placed on ethical leadership, sustainability, and creating positive organisational outcomes. The Master of Regulation and Compliance component provides specialised expertise in governance, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance systems. Students learn how to design, implement, and manage compliance programs, identify and mitigate organisational risks, and apply legal and ethical standards across a range of industries. The program also explores emerging regulatory technologies, international best practices, workplace regulation, diversity and inclusion, and corporate accountability.
