COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Management and Master of Public Policy double degree requires completion of 96 credit points, structured equally across two components: a 48-credit-point Management component and a 48-credit-point Public Policy component. The Management component develops advanced knowledge and practical skills in leadership, strategic management, organisational behaviour, innovation, and responsible business practices. It prepares students to manage people, resources, and organisational processes effectively while responding to the challenges of modern and rapidly changing environments. A strong focus is placed on ethical leadership, sustainability, decision-making, and organisational performance. The Public Policy component provides specialised knowledge of policy development, analysis, implementation, and evaluation within government and public sector settings. Students gain an understanding of governance systems, public administration, policy design, stakeholder engagement, and the delivery of public services and programs. This component equips graduates with the ability to assess complex societal issues and develop evidence-based policy solutions that contribute to positive community outcomes.
