COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Management double degree requires completion of 96 credit points, equally divided between two components: a 48-credit-point Laws component and a 48-credit-point Management component. The Laws component is designed to develop advanced legal knowledge, professional skills, and critical understanding of contemporary legal issues. It allows students to engage with complex areas of law through specialised or elective study, while also strengthening their capacity for independent research, analytical reasoning, and evaluation of legal principles across national and international contexts. The Management component focuses on developing advanced leadership, organisational, and strategic management skills required in modern business environments. It explores key areas such as organisational behaviour, human resource management, strategic planning, and responsible management practices, with an emphasis on ethical decision-making and sustainability. This component equips students to manage people, processes, and organisational challenges effectively in dynamic and globalised workplaces. Together, these two components create an integrated interdisciplinary program that combines legal expertise with management capability. Students develop strong critical thinking, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, enabling them to operate confidently across legal, corporate, and organisational settings.
