COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Laws (LLM) and Master of Global Business double degree requires completion of 96 credit points, divided equally between two components: a 48-credit-point Laws component and a 48-credit-point Global Business component. The Laws component is designed to develop advanced legal knowledge, professional skills, and critical understanding of contemporary legal issues. It enables students to engage deeply with legal theory, practice, and scholarship while also building strong research capabilities and analytical thinking. Depending on subject selection, students may explore specialised areas of law and develop expertise relevant to their professional interests and career goals. The Global Business component provides a broad understanding of international business environments and the complex economic, political, and social forces that influence global markets. It focuses on key areas such as global strategy, trade and geopolitics, sustainability, supply chains, business-government relations, and cross-cultural communication. This component equips students with the ability to analyse and respond to global business challenges effectively. Together, these two components create an integrated interdisciplinary program that combines legal expertise with global business knowledge. Students develop strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills, enabling them to operate confidently across legal, business, and policy environments. Overall, the 96-credit-point structure prepares graduates for diverse careers in law, international business, consulting, and policy, with the ability to address complex global challenges using both legal and business perspectives.
