COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Business and Regulation and Compliance double master’s degree requires completion of 96 credit points, structured equally across two core components: a 48-credit-point Global Business component and a 48-credit-point Regulation and Compliance component. The Global Business component develops a strong understanding of international business environments and the complex economic, political, and social forces that shape how organisations operate across global markets. It focuses on areas such as global strategy, trade and geopolitics, cross-cultural management, sustainability, and international market dynamics, enabling students to analyse how businesses respond to global challenges and opportunities. The Regulation and Compliance component builds specialised expertise in governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks across industries. It covers key areas such as corporate compliance systems, regulatory policy, ethical business practices, risk assessment, and the use of regulatory technologies, preparing students to design and manage compliance programs effectively. Together, these two components provide an integrated learning experience that combines global business insight with advanced knowledge of regulation and compliance practices.
