COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Business and Management double master’s degree requires completion of 96 credit points, structured equally across two components: a 48-credit-point Master of Global Business component and a 48-credit-point Master of Management component. The Master of Global Business component develops a strong understanding of international business environments and the complex forces that shape global markets. It focuses on areas such as global strategy, trade and geopolitics, cross-cultural management, sustainability, and international business dynamics, enabling students to analyse how organisations operate across different regions and respond to global challenges. The Master of Management component builds advanced leadership and management capabilities, preparing students to effectively lead people, teams, and organisations. It covers key areas such as organisational behaviour, strategic management, leadership theory, change management, and responsible management practices, with an emphasis on applying these concepts in real-world business contexts.
