COURSE CURRICULUM

The Global Business and Applied Econometrics double master’s degree requires completion of 96 credit points, structured equally across two key study areas: a 48-credit-point Global Business component and a 48-credit-point Applied Econometrics component. The Global Business component develops a strong understanding of international business environments and the complex factors that shape global markets. It covers areas such as global strategy, trade policy, geopolitics, sustainability, and cross-cultural management, enabling students to analyse how economic, political, and social forces influence business decision-making across regions. The Applied Econometrics component builds advanced quantitative and analytical capabilities, focusing on statistical modelling, econometric techniques, forecasting, and data analysis. Students learn to apply these methods to real-world problems in economics, finance, risk analysis, and broader societal challenges such as health, energy, poverty, and climate change.
