COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Analytics at Monash University requires the completion of 96 credit points and is structured to develop advanced skills in data analysis, statistical modelling, and business decision-making. Part A, Advanced Preparatory Studies (24 credit points), provides foundational training in essential areas such as statistics, quantitative methods, programming, and introductory data analytics. This ensures that students from diverse academic backgrounds gain the necessary technical base to succeed in more advanced study. Part B, Core Studies (48 credit points), forms the central component of the program and focuses on key areas of business analytics, including data mining, predictive modelling, data visualisation, decision analytics, machine learning applications in business, and statistical inference.
