COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Fine Art and Bachelor of Business double degree requires the completion of 192 credit points, combining creative studio practice with comprehensive business studies. The program is structured into two equal components: a 96 credit point Fine Art component and a 96 credit point Business component, allowing students to develop expertise in both artistic and commercial disciplines. The Fine Art component focuses on experimental and studio-based learning, where students explore a wide range of artistic practices such as painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, printmaking, installation, video art, and digital media including 3D modelling. This component encourages creative experimentation, technical skill development, and conceptual thinking, enabling students to develop their own artistic identity and professional portfolio. The Business component provides a strong foundation in core business principles and practices, with study areas such as accounting, marketing, management, economics, and organisational behaviour. Students also have the opportunity to select from a range of business majors, allowing them to tailor their studies to specific career interests. By combining these two disciplines, the degree equips graduates with both creative expertise and practical business skills. This prepares them for careers in the creative industries, arts management, marketing, entrepreneurship, cultural organisations, and other business-related roles.
