COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Architectural Studies and Bachelor of Business is a four-year double degree program comprising a total of 192 credit points, evenly divided between the two disciplines. The Architectural Studies component consists of 96 credit points and focuses on developing creative, technical, and critical thinking skills required for professional practice in the built environment. Through studio-based learning, design projects, and the study of architectural theory, technology, sustainability, and urban issues, students gain a comprehensive understanding of how buildings and spaces are conceived, designed, and experienced. The Business component also comprises 96 credit points and provides students with a strong foundation in key areas such as management, marketing, finance, economics, entrepreneurship, and organisational behaviour. This combination enables students to understand both the creative and commercial dimensions of the architecture and construction industries. By integrating architectural knowledge with business expertise, the program prepares graduates to manage complex projects, lead multidisciplinary teams, and make informed strategic decisions within professional and organisational settings.
