COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Management curriculum is designed to develop strong managerial, leadership, and analytical capabilities through a structured combination of foundation, core, elective, and flexible study areas. The Foundation Zone (40 credit points) provides essential business knowledge for students from non-business backgrounds, covering principles of finance, accounting, marketing, and work, organisation, and management. The Core Zone (80 credit points) builds advanced management competencies through subjects such as digital innovation, global management, leadership development, strategic change management, project management, and a capstone management project that integrates theoretical and practical learning. Students also complete elective units, allowing them to tailor their studies to career interests by choosing topics such as managerial accounting, negotiation and conflict resolution, entrepreneurship, people management, data analytics and change, or corporate finance. The Flexible Zone (40 credit points) further enhances learning by enabling students to broaden their knowledge through additional electives, interdisciplinary study, or specialized areas aligned with their professional goals.
