COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of International Business and Master of Laws double degree provides an integrated pathway that combines advanced global business expertise with comprehensive legal knowledge, preparing graduates for complex roles across international markets, regulatory environments and policy settings. The International Business core focuses on developing a deep understanding of how global markets operate, with specialised study in international financial management, trade, supply chain systems, international business strategy, marketing and human resource management. Students also build skills in managing cultural diversity and completing applied international business projects, equipping them to operate effectively in multinational and cross-cultural environments. The Law core complements this by offering advanced legal training in key areas of global importance, including public international law, climate change law, environmental law and sustainable development, energy and natural resources law, and international human rights law. Students also engage with specialised areas such as the law of the sea, business and human rights, and anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing law, providing a strong understanding of legal governance in global systems. Together, the program develops graduates who can analyse complex international issues through both business and legal perspectives, enabling them to make informed strategic decisions, navigate regulatory frameworks and contribute effectively to global organisations, governments and international institutions.
