The Core Zone, worth 80 credit points, develops advanced capabilities through units including Creative Entrepreneurship and Ideation, Non-Fiction Screen Media, Digital Media Strategies, The Art of Recording, Professional Practices, The Creative Industries, Performance Practices, and Podcast and New Audio Storytelling. These subjects combine creative development with industry-focused training, preparing students for professional practice in diverse media environments. The Flexible Zone, also 40 credit points, allows students to tailor their learning through electives such as Contemporary Issues in Global Media, Social Media, Interactive Media Arts, and Writing Creative Nonfiction.
