COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business with a major in Human Resource Management provides a comprehensive curriculum that develops the knowledge and practical skills required to effectively manage people, organisational performance and workplace relationships. In the final year, the Contemporary Business Challenges capstone unit enables students to integrate their learning by analysing and solving complex business issues using strategic and innovative approaches. The Human Resource Management major builds specialised expertise through units in human resource management, performance and development, workplace relations, staffing organisations, negotiation, managing organisational change and strategic human resource management. Students also complete the PACE Human Resource Management Project, where they collaborate with industry partners to address real-world workplace challenges and gain valuable professional experience.
