COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Logistics and Supply Chain Management requires the completion of 240 credit points, providing students with advanced knowledge and practical skills to manage modern logistics operations and global supply networks. The course structure is designed to develop expertise in supply chain strategy, digital technologies, sustainability, analytics, and business management. Level One consists of 105 credit points of core subjects, including the Academic Integrity Module, Artificial Intelligence for Business, Foundations of Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Sustainable Procurement and Supply Planning, Principles of Business Analytics, Total Quality Management, Project Management, and International Trade. These subjects provide students with a strong understanding of supply chain processes, procurement strategies, quality improvement, project leadership, international commerce, and the application of emerging technologies in business environments. Students also complete 15 credit points of prescribed electives, allowing them to expand their knowledge through subjects such as Global and Comparative Human Resource Management, Customer Experience Management, or Business Systems Design and Analysis. The program integrates analytical capabilities with managerial and technological skills, enabling students to develop innovative solutions for complex supply chain challenges. Through a focus on sustainability, digital transformation, and strategic decision-making, graduates are prepared for leadership roles in logistics, procurement, operations management, supply chain consulting, and global business environments.
