COURSE CURRICULUM

The course structure consists of 240 credit points divided equally across two levels, with each level contributing 120 credit points. Level one focuses on core educational foundations and includes compulsory subjects covering academic integrity, how humans learn, leadership capabilities, emerging technologies in education, strategic communication, educational systems, learning environments, inclusion and equity, and leadership, diversity, and inclusion. These units develop essential knowledge and skills required for effective educational practice, leadership, and innovation. Level two allows students to specialise by completing 60 credit points from a chosen specialisation stream, alongside further advanced study requirements. One available specialisation is Leadership and Management, which focuses on developing advanced skills in organisational leadership, strategic decision-making, and managing educational environments. Overall, the course is designed to build a strong foundation in educational theory, leadership practice, technology integration, and inclusive approaches while enabling students to tailor their studies through a specialised pathway. The structure prepares graduates to take on leadership roles in diverse educational settings and contribute effectively to improving learning outcomes and organisational development.
