COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Business Analytics requires the completion of 240 credit points, consisting of 210 credit points of core subjects and 30 credit points of prescribed electives. The course structure is designed to provide students with advanced knowledge and practical skills in business analytics, artificial intelligence, data management, and digital technologies. Level One includes 105 credit points of core subjects that establish a strong foundation in key areas such as artificial intelligence for business, cybersecurity for business, principles of business analytics, vibe coding for startups, visual analytics, data wrangling, and predictive analytics, along with the Academic Integrity Module. These subjects develop students’ abilities to collect, analyse, interpret, and apply data-driven insights to solve complex business problems. Students also complete a 15-credit-point prescribed elective, choosing from subjects such as digital strategy, management of service supply chain and operations, or organisational behaviour and management practice, allowing them to expand their business and strategic knowledge. Level Two continues to build advanced analytical and professional capabilities through further core learning and practical application. The program integrates technical expertise with business understanding, preparing graduates to use analytics, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies to support innovation, improve decision-making, and create value in modern organisations. It equips students with the skills required for careers in data analytics, AI, digital transformation, and technology-driven business environments.
