COURSE CURRICULUM

The Psychological Science major consists of 120 credit points within the Bachelor of Science program and provides students with a comprehensive understanding of human behaviour, cognition, mental health and psychological processes. The major is structured across three levels of study, allowing students to build foundational knowledge in psychology before progressing to advanced theories, research methods and practical applications. Students explore areas including biological, social, developmental and cognitive psychology, gaining insight into how people think, feel, behave and interact with others. The course structure develops skills in psychological research, statistical analysis, critical thinking, assessment techniques and effective communication.
