COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Media and Communication (Journalism) at La Trobe University requires the completion of 360 credit points over three years of full-time study. This degree combines foundational media and communication studies with specialised journalism training, preparing students for professional careers in contemporary news and storytelling environments. The curriculum includes core media and communication subjects, journalism major subjects, electives, and practical learning experiences.
