COURSE CURRICULUM

The Software Engineering major consists of 120 credit points within the Bachelor of Computer Science and provides students with specialised knowledge and practical skills for designing, developing and managing modern software systems. The major is structured across three levels of study, allowing students to develop foundational computing knowledge before progressing to advanced software engineering concepts and applications. Students explore key areas including programming, algorithms, data structures, software design, object-oriented development, web technologies, mobile applications, user interface design, cloud-based systems and software testing.
