The Master of Philosophy (Indigenous) at JCU enables students to identify and explore a relevant issue within their chosen research area, developing advanced research skills to produce an original contribution to the field of Indigenous studies. Candidates will plan, design, and execute a research project that culminates in a thesis presentation, demonstrating the ability to critically analyse complex topics and generate new knowledgeStudents benefit from the guided support of experienced supervisors, access to resources across all disciplines and colleges at JCU, and opportunities to engage with leading researchers, world-class lecturers, and fellow students.
