COURSE CURRICULUM

The Master of Information Technology – Master of Business Administration features an integrated curriculum that combines advanced information technology knowledge with strategic business management skills. The information technology component includes ICT Project 1: Analysis and Design and ICT Project 2: Implementation and Commissioning, where students work on real-world projects to develop practical expertise in project planning, implementation, teamwork, and problem-solving. Students also study Advanced E-Security and Data Mining to strengthen their understanding of cybersecurity, data analysis, and emerging digital technologies. They further specialize by choosing electives such as Collective Intelligence and Entrepreneurship or Advanced Human Computer Interaction, and Database Modelling or Advanced Data Communications Principles. The business administration component develops leadership and strategic management capabilities through subjects including Managing Strategic Resources and Operations, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and an Applied Research Project that enables students to address real business challenges using research-based approaches. Additional elective options cover areas such as Corporate Strategy or The Changing Business Environment, Economics for a Sustainable World or Business Innovation and Technology Management, Corporate Responsibility and Governance, Sustainable Enterprise or Leadership Futures, Digital Marketing or Marketing Essentials, and Leading and Managing Organisational Change or People in Organisations. This multidisciplinary curriculum prepares graduates to lead digital transformation, manage innovative projects, and make strategic business decisions across diverse industries and global organizations.
