COURSE CURRICULUM

The degree structure for Trimester 2, 2025 requires students to complete a total of 80 credit points, divided evenly between core courses and a chosen major. All students must complete 40 credit points from the core courses, which include Leadership for Sustainable Business, The Purpose and Future of Work, Business Career Development, and Global Business Strategy. These courses provide foundational knowledge and skills essential for understanding business leadership, evolving work environments, career planning, and strategic global business management. The remaining 40 credit points must be completed through one major, with Sport Management as an option. The Sport Management major requires completing four specific courses: Managing Sport Venues and Facilities, Sport and Event Consumer Experiences, Sport and Social Media, and Managing Volunteers for Sport and Events. These courses focus on developing practical skills in managing sports infrastructure, enhancing consumer engagement at sports and events, utilizing social media in sports marketing, and effectively managing volunteers, which are crucial for successful sports and event management careers.
