COURSE CURRICULUM

The Bachelor of Business Transformation (Management) curriculum is designed to develop modern business, management, and digital transformation skills required in today’s technology-driven economy. In the first year, students build a strong foundation in core business subjects including accounting and finance, economics, management, entrepreneurship, marketing, statistics, and business law. They also develop professional identity and workplace readiness skills essential for future careers. Students learn how organizations adapt to technological changes, manage teams, improve customer experience, and apply innovation to solve business challenges. The course also introduces practical digital business concepts including automation, digital systems, and future-focused management practices. In the final year, students complete co-operative industry placements, gaining real-world experience in professional business environments and applying their theoretical knowledge to industry situations. Additional subjects such as workplace behaviour, social media marketing, future business trends, and project finance further strengthen analytical, communication, and strategic decision-making skills. Overall, the program combines business management, digital innovation, leadership, and practical industry exposure to prepare graduates for careers in business transformation, management, consulting, digital operations, and leadership roles across modern organizations.
